ข้อตกลงการใช้งาน

ข้อตกลงนี้ใช้ระหว่างร้านค้าผู้ใช้บริการ (“ร้านค้า”) กับ ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด มั่งมี คอนเนคท์ ผู้ให้บริการ Easy Seller (“เรา”) การสมัครหรือใช้บริการถือว่าร้านค้ายอมรับข้อตกลงนี้

1. บริการ

Easy Seller เป็นระบบช่วยขายผ่านไลฟ์และจัดการออเดอร์ ได้แก่ การรับคำสั่งซื้อจากคอมเมนต์ การส่งลิงก์ชำระเงิน การรวมแชต การสร้างใบปะหน้าพัสดุ และฟังก์ชันเสริมที่ร้านเลือกซื้อเพิ่ม

2. หน้าที่ของร้านค้า

• ให้ข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง และดูแลรหัสผ่านกับสิทธิ์พนักงานของร้าน
• ขายสินค้าที่ถูกกฎหมาย และปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของ Meta, LINE และผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง
• เป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูลลูกค้าของร้าน และใช้ข้อมูลนั้นตาม PDPA
• รับผิดชอบสินค้า ราคา การคืนเงิน และการรับประกันต่อลูกค้าของร้านเอง

3. เครดิตและค่าบริการ

• ร้านเติมเครดิตล่วงหน้า (1 เครดิต = 1 บาท) เพื่อใช้จ่ายค่าส่ง ค่าตรวจสลิป แพ็กเกจ และฟังก์ชันเสริม
• ฟังก์ชันเสริมคิดรายเดือนตามราคาที่แสดงในระบบ ร้านยกเลิกได้ก่อนรอบถัดไป
• เครดิตที่เติมแล้วไม่สามารถแลกคืนเป็นเงินสด ยกเว้นกรณีที่เรายุติบริการเอง

4. การเชื่อมต่อแพลตฟอร์ม

เมื่อร้านเชื่อมเพจ Facebook, Instagram หรือ LINE ร้านอนุญาตให้เราอ่านคอมเมนต์ รับส่งข้อความ และถ่ายทอดสดในนามของร้าน เฉพาะเพื่อให้บริการตามข้อตกลงนี้ ร้านยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อได้ทุกเมื่อ การทำงานของบริการขึ้นกับแพลตฟอร์มเหล่านั้น ซึ่งอาจเปลี่ยนเงื่อนไขหรือหยุดให้บริการได้

5. ข้อห้าม

ห้ามใช้บริการส่งสแปม ข้อความหลอกลวง หรือข้อความที่ขัดกับนโยบายของแพลตฟอร์ม ห้ามเข้าถึงข้อมูลของร้านอื่น หรือพยายามรบกวนระบบ เราอาจระงับบัญชีที่ฝ่าฝืน

6. ความรับผิด

เราพยายามให้บริการต่อเนื่อง แต่ไม่รับประกันว่าบริการจะไม่หยุดชะงัก ความรับผิดของเราจำกัดไม่เกินค่าบริการที่ร้านชำระในช่วง 3 เดือนก่อนเกิดเหตุ ยกเว้นกรณีที่กฎหมายห้ามจำกัด

7. การยกเลิก

ร้านเลิกใช้บริการได้ทุกเมื่อ และขอลบข้อมูลได้ตาม หน้าการลบข้อมูล

8. กฎหมายที่ใช้

ข้อตกลงนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายไทย หากเราแก้ไขข้อตกลง จะแจ้งร้านค้าในระบบล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 15 วัน ติดต่อเรา: hello@easy-seller.app

Terms of Service

These terms apply between sellers using Easy Seller and Mangmee Connect Limited Partnership, the operator of Easy Seller. By signing up or using the service, sellers accept these terms.

• Service: live-commerce and order tools: capturing orders from comments, checkout links, unified chat, shipping labels and optional add-ons.
• Seller duties: provide accurate information, protect account access, sell only lawful goods, follow Meta, LINE and courier policies, act as data controller for their buyers’ data under the PDPA, and handle products, refunds and warranties toward their buyers.
• Credits and fees: sellers prepay credits (1 credit = 1 THB) for shipping, slip checks, plans and add-ons. Add-ons are billed monthly and can be cancelled before the next cycle. Credits are not redeemable for cash unless we end the service.
• Platform connections: connecting a Facebook Page, Instagram or LINE account lets us read comments, send and receive messages and broadcast live on the seller’s behalf, only to provide the service. Sellers can disconnect at any time.
• Prohibited use: spam, deceptive messages, content against platform policies, accessing other shops’ data or disrupting the system. We may suspend violating accounts.
• Liability: the service is provided without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation; our liability is limited to fees paid in the 3 months before the event, except where law forbids such limits.
• Termination and law: sellers may stop at any time and request deletion via Data Deletion. Thai law governs. We give at least 15 days’ notice of changes. Contact: hello@easy-seller.app
