Easy Seller (“เรา”) ให้บริการโดย ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด มั่งมี คอนเนคท์ นโยบายนี้อธิบายว่าเราเก็บ ใช้ และปกป้องข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลอย่างไร ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)

1. ข้อมูลที่เราเก็บ

ร้านค้าที่ใช้ Easy Seller

• ชื่อ เบอร์โทร อีเมล ชื่อร้าน และที่อยู่สำหรับส่งของ
• ข้อมูลบัญชีรับเงิน (หมายเลขพร้อมเพย์) ที่ร้านกรอกเพื่อแสดงให้ลูกค้าของร้าน
• ประวัติการเติมเครดิต การใช้งาน และพนักงานที่ร้านเพิ่มเข้าระบบ

ข้อมูลจาก Facebook และ Instagram (เมื่อร้านกดเชื่อมเพจ)

• ชื่อและ ID ของเพจหรือบัญชี Instagram และโทเคนสำหรับเข้าถึงเพจที่ร้านอนุญาต
• คอมเมนต์ในไลฟ์และโพสต์ของเพจ รวมถึงชื่อและ ID ของผู้คอมเมนต์ เพื่อจับคำสั่งซื้อ
• ข้อความที่ลูกค้าส่งถึงเพจทาง Messenger หรือ Instagram Direct และข้อความที่ร้านตอบกลับผ่านระบบ
• ข้อมูลการถ่ายทอดสดที่ร้านเริ่มผ่านสตูดิโอของเรา

ลูกค้าของร้านค้า

• ชื่อ เบอร์โทร และที่อยู่จัดส่งที่ลูกค้ากรอกในหน้าชำระเงิน
• รายการสั่งซื้อ หลักฐานการโอน (สลิป) และสถานะการจัดส่ง
• คะแนนและความเห็นที่ลูกค้าให้หลังได้รับสินค้า (ถ้ามี)

2. เราใช้ข้อมูลเพื่ออะไร

• รับคำสั่งซื้อจากคอมเมนต์ ส่งลิงก์ชำระเงิน และตอบแชตในนามของร้าน
• ตรวจสอบการชำระเงิน สร้างใบปะหน้า และติดตามพัสดุ
• แสดงรายงานยอดขาย และช่วยร้านดูแลลูกค้าที่ซื้อซ้ำ
• ดูแลความปลอดภัย ป้องกันการใช้งานผิดวัตถุประสงค์ และติดต่อร้านเรื่องบริการ

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล และไม่นำข้อมูลที่ได้จาก Facebook หรือ Instagram ไปใช้ยิงโฆษณาหรือสร้างโปรไฟล์เพื่อการตลาดของเราเอง ข้อมูลของลูกค้าแต่ละร้านใช้ได้เฉพาะในร้านนั้น

3. ฐานทางกฎหมาย

เราประมวลผลข้อมูลเพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญาให้บริการกับร้านค้า ตามความยินยอมที่ร้านให้ตอนเชื่อมเพจ และตามหน้าที่ตามกฎหมาย เช่น การเก็บหลักฐานทางบัญชี สำหรับข้อมูลลูกค้าของร้าน ร้านค้าเป็นผู้ควบคุมข้อมูล และเราเป็นผู้ประมวลผลข้อมูลตามคำสั่งของร้าน

4. ผู้ที่เราส่งต่อข้อมูลให้

• Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger) เพื่อส่งและรับข้อความ คอมเมนต์ และไลฟ์
• LINE เมื่อร้านเชื่อม LINE Official Account
• ผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง (ผ่าน PromptSpeed) ชื่อ เบอร์โทร และที่อยู่ผู้รับ เพื่อจัดส่งสินค้า
• ผู้ให้บริการโครงสร้างระบบ Supabase (ฐานข้อมูล ตั้งอยู่ที่ประเทศญี่ปุ่น) และ Cloudflare (เว็บไซต์และระบบถ่ายทอดสด)
• หน่วยงานรัฐ เมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด

การเก็บข้อมูลบนเซิร์ฟเวอร์นอกประเทศไทย เราเลือกผู้ให้บริการที่มีมาตรการคุ้มครองข้อมูลไม่ต่ำกว่าที่ PDPA กำหนด

5. ระยะเวลาเก็บข้อมูล

• เก็บตลอดช่วงที่ร้านใช้บริการ
• เมื่อร้านยกเลิกการเชื่อมเพจหรือขอลบข้อมูล เราจะลบโทเคนเพจทันที และลบข้อมูลจาก Facebook และ Instagram ภายใน 30 วัน
• ข้อมูลออเดอร์และการชำระเงินเก็บไว้ตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนด แล้วจึงลบ

6. ความปลอดภัย

ข้อมูลส่งผ่านการเข้ารหัส HTTPS โทเคนเพจเก็บแยกในส่วนที่เข้าถึงได้เฉพาะระบบเบื้องหลัง และแต่ละร้านมองเห็นได้เฉพาะข้อมูลของร้านตัวเอง

7. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

คุณขอเข้าถึง แก้ไข ขอสำเนา คัดค้าน ระงับการใช้ หรือขอลบข้อมูลของคุณได้ และถอนความยินยอมได้ทุกเมื่อ หากเป็นลูกค้าของร้าน แนะนำให้ติดต่อร้านค้าก่อน หรือติดต่อเราโดยตรงได้ ดูวิธีขอลบข้อมูลที่ หน้าการลบข้อมูล และหากเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คุณร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลได้

Privacy Policy

Easy Seller (“we”) is operated by Mangmee Connect Limited Partnership (ห้างหุ้นส่วนจำกัด มั่งมี คอนเนคท์), Thailand. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).

1. Data we collect

• Sellers: name, phone, email, shop name, shipping address, PromptPay ID shown to their buyers, credit and usage history, staff accounts.
• From Facebook and Instagram, when a seller connects a Page: Page or Instagram account name and ID, the Page access token the seller grants, comments on the Page’s live videos and posts (including commenter name and ID), messages sent to the Page via Messenger or Instagram Direct and replies sent through our system, and live broadcasts started from our studio.
• Buyers of our sellers: name, phone and delivery address entered at checkout, orders, payment slips, delivery status, and optional ratings.

2. How we use it

To capture orders from comments, send checkout links and reply to chats on the seller’s behalf, verify payments, create shipping labels and track parcels, show sales reports, keep the service secure, and contact sellers about the service. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use Facebook or Instagram data for advertising or to build marketing profiles. Each seller’s buyer data is used only for that seller.

3. Legal basis and roles

We process data to perform our contract with sellers, based on the consent sellers give when connecting a Page, and to meet legal obligations such as accounting records. For buyer data, the seller is the data controller and we act as their data processor.

4. Who we share data with

Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Messenger); LINE, when a seller connects a LINE Official Account; couriers via PromptSpeed (recipient name, phone, address); infrastructure providers Supabase (database hosted in Japan) and Cloudflare (website and live streaming); and authorities when required by law. Providers outside Thailand are chosen for safeguards no lower than the PDPA requires.

5. Retention

We keep data while the seller uses the service. When a seller disconnects a Page or requests deletion, we revoke the Page token immediately and delete Facebook and Instagram data within 30 days. Order and payment records are kept only as long as accounting and tax law requires.

6. Security

All traffic uses HTTPS. Page tokens are stored separately and are only accessible to backend services. Each shop can see only its own data.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, a copy, objection, restriction or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent at any time. See Data Deletion for how to request deletion. You may also complain to Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee.
