วิธีขอลบข้อมูล
สำหรับร้านค้า
- เข้าระบบหลังร้าน Easy Seller ไปที่ ตั้งค่า → ช่องทางขาย แล้วกด ยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อ ที่เพจหรือบัญชีที่ต้องการ ระบบจะลบโทเคนเพจทันที
- ถ้าต้องการลบข้อมูลทั้งหมดของร้าน ส่งอีเมลถึง privacy@easy-seller.app หัวข้อ “ขอลบข้อมูล” พร้อมชื่อร้านและเบอร์โทรที่ใช้สมัคร
สำหรับผู้ใช้ Facebook หรือ Instagram
- เปิด Facebook → การตั้งค่าและความเป็นส่วนตัว → การตั้งค่า → แอปและเว็บไซต์
- เลือก Easy Seller แล้วกด ลบ
- หรือส่งอีเมลถึง privacy@easy-seller.app แจ้งชื่อบัญชี Facebook หรือ Instagram ของคุณ
สำหรับลูกค้าที่สั่งซื้อจากร้าน
ติดต่อร้านที่คุณสั่งซื้อ หรือส่งอีเมลถึงเรา แจ้งชื่อร้านและเบอร์โทรที่ใช้สั่งซื้อ เราจะประสานกับร้านให้
เราจะยืนยันว่าได้รับคำขอภายใน 3 วันทำการ และลบข้อมูลให้เสร็จภายใน 30 วัน ยกเว้นข้อมูลออเดอร์และการชำระเงินที่กฎหมายบัญชีและภาษีกำหนดให้เก็บไว้ ซึ่งจะลบเมื่อครบกำหนด
Data Deletion Instructions
Sellers
- In the Easy Seller back office, go to Settings → Sales channels and click Disconnect on the Page or account. The Page token is deleted immediately.
- To delete all of your shop’s data, email privacy@easy-seller.app with the subject “Data deletion request”, your shop name and the phone number you registered with.
Facebook or Instagram users
- In Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites.
- Select Easy Seller and click Remove.
- Or email privacy@easy-seller.app with your Facebook or Instagram account name.
Buyers
Contact the shop you ordered from, or email us with the shop name and the phone number used for the order; we will coordinate with the shop.
We confirm requests within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days, except order and payment records that accounting and tax law require us to keep; those are deleted when the retention period ends.
